This is partial new, the first bag was opened and put together and some of the second bag was as well what wasn’t was put in a ziploc bag.... bags 3, 4, 5 are brand new.... and the extra pieces bags are brand new too. All the pieces are here!! There is 581 pieces in this set. It also has the 2 instruction books it comes with. My son doesn’t play with his legos anymore is the only reason I’m selling it along with we are moving and I don’t want to drag a bunch of stuff with me we don’t need... I have added a picture of what this LEGO set is still going for.
